John Henes teaches the Alexander Technique in Evanston, IL. He has over 30 years of experience teaching the Alexander Technique and teaches at Northwestern and DePaul Universities. He is a former member of the Lyric Opera of Chicago trumpet section. John is certified by the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique (STAT), London and the American Society for the Alexander Technique (AmSAT).
