Christine Inserra teaches the Alexander Technique on the north-side of Chicago. She is a licensed physical therapist since 1982; a certified teacher of the Feldenkrais Method and has extensive training in Russian Neuromuscular Reeducation manual techniques. She works with clients who are able bodied as well as physically challenged. Clients with medically diagnosed physical problems can get her help using insurance as she is a Preferred Provider for Blue Cross, Humana and Medicare. Other carriers can be billed as out of network submissions.

Christine’s other interests include Qi Gong, singing in amateur ensembles for over 30 years; she loves dance, gardening, horseback riding and bird watching. She was trained and certified as an Alexander teacher in London and graduated from the University of Illinois Chicago Medical Center.
